Shipping Policy
All items are shipped the same day your payment is received via USPS. USPS delivery is 5-7 business days. Items are shipped 1st class without tracking. If you require tracking please add the note in your shopping cart and an additional fee of $5.25 will be processed to send as Certified Mail.
Cancellations
I cannot honor order cancellation requests. I fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your cards in time for your occasions, so each order is pulled from inventory or if its a special order, it is made that same day.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will accept returns for merchandise less the cost of shipping, within 30 days. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Additionally, if any items in your order are damaged upon arrival, please reach out to me at HugInAnEnvelope@gmail.com with pictures and I will work with you to remedy the situation.
Payment Policy
Hug In An Envelope uses third party payment processors Square and PayPal to process payments made for products and services via the Websites. All online payments will be conducted in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards. Your billing information (which is only used by these payment processors for fraud protection) is encrypted before being communicated to them. Subject to the below exceptions, your credit card details are communicated directly from your browser to these payment processors - Hug In An Envelope never sees your full Permanent Account Number (PAN).
Pay Pal - If you choose to pay with PayPal, we only store the tokens required to identify the transaction, issue refunds and identify transactions.
